The other day over on the SOMETHING AWFUL FORUMS WHERE I RIP OFF MOST OF MY MATERIAL FROM!?! there was a thread wherin people talked about all the nicknames for people they had in high school. One of the groups of friends I hung out with most, we were major insensitive jerks. But we were having fun. I guess we were
a lot like Seinfield. Unfortunately I was the Jerry of the group which means that my friends thought up most of the funny stuff but here are some of the nicknames!
Westside Larry-Westside Larry heard us talking about rap and he came up to us and started free styling and then said "Yo n___s you wanna buy some tapes" and he threw up the w at us. Our group was a dude who for all intensive purposes is white (I am mixed but it doesn't show), an italian dude (Vince) and an Urkel looking guy. But Westside Larry fuckin loved us, freestyled to us often and always tried to sell us tapes. Then Vince had a dream that Westside Larry broke into his house and was attacking him
which was pretty funny.
Dixon Dixon-Our Spanish teacher didn't speak much English but and for some reason she thought his name was "Dixon Dixon" and he had no first name. She called everyone else in the class by their first name but called him Dixon. She would talk to him about his "negro" skin which was kind of awkward. He was a really cool dude even though he kind of looked like Urkel and when he moved away and we always talk about how some day he would come back all g'd up
unfortunately I have no idea what happened to him.
Ms Bonita-This one was given by another group of friends, not the usual ones.
Ms Bonita was all right but really, really chatty with me in keyboard class and she gossiped about everyone so we called her Ms Bonita like the In Living Color character.
Purple Man-He was so dark-skinned he appeared to be purple.
Benny Hill-Foreign exchange student from some country I don't know but for some reason some of our friends started doing yakkity sax every time he walked by and he eventually got pretty mad and challenged him to a fight in PE while in his green
(or maybe purple, things are fuzzy) underwear and he was all "YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW" so for the rest of the year along with the music we always said "YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW" to each other.
OJ-His name was Daniel J. but somewhere along the line he decided he was a native American. He almost never bathed and wore the same nasty jeans and wolf shirt everyday and had a weird
grandmother but other than that he was OK. He started making everyone call him by his tribal name which was like Onawaijua or something along those lines (ooo-na-why-uh it was
pronounced). Someone (maybe me but then maybe not) started calling him OJ and this was only a few years after OJ Simpson trial so it was still funny and every time there would be a roll call I'd yell out "OJ" like I was in a music video or something. Eventually some teachers started calling him it too, which he didn't mind, but he started to get annoyed when I would always say "don't squeeze the Juice" or things of that nature.
Tyson-Retarded guy who my stepbrother called Tyson not sure why his really name was like Shafreeq and we taught him to throw up the W. My stepbrother had nicknames for all the retarded people which is pretty mean I guess but he also hung out with them before school and bought them milk and shit every so often when most people just ignored them.
